About Us

Mandy has worked with Dr. Ulbrich since 2005. She was born and raised in Marshall, and received her nursing license in 2001 after attending the Saline County Career Center program. She is married, and has three children and a dog. Mandy loves her job because she enjoys taking care of and helping patients. In her free time, Mandy enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Enetta has worked with Dr. Ulbrich since 2013. She attended high school in Marshall and received a BS in Psychology from Iowa State University. She worked in behavioral health for several years before pursuing nursing at State Fair Community College in Sedalia. Enetta started her nursing career in the hospital, but really enjoys working in the clinic setting because she gets to know the patients and their families. When she is not at work, Enetta enjoys spending time with family, reading and taking her dog, Max, to the park.

Darren was born and raised in Sweet Springs, and graduated from SSR-7 in 1983. He started working in the medical field in 1984. Darren has worked with Dr. Ulbrich for 20+ years. He married his beautiful wife, Yvonne, in 1987, and has 2 wonderful children and 3 amazing grandsons. In his spare time, Darren enjoys spending it with friends and family.

Anissa was born in Marshall, and grew up in Malta Bend. She graduated from Malta Bend High School in 1995, and married the love of her life, Robbie Simmons, in 1996. They have three amazing kids: Trever, Emma, and Jaxon. She has worked in the medical setting and with Dr. Ulbrich for 20+ wonderful years. Anissa enjoys spending time with her family and keeping the doctor busy...LOL.

Dr. Ulbrich is a University of Missouri School of Medicine alumnus. He completed his family practice residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He went on to complete a rural family practice fellowship in Vivian, Louisiana. He began practicing in Marshall in 1996, and opened Ulbrich Family Medicine in 2016. Dr. Ulbrich grew up in Catawissa, MO, and has enjoyed living in Marshall with his wife and raising three children. While he lives in town, he enjoys farming a few miles outside of town.
